Serveto opens its doors to Ap! Lleida

Last Wednesday, January 30, we received in Serveto the "Associació Professional d'Empresàries de Lleida", in a guided tour of our facilities in order to show our working method.

The day began with the reception of the participants, followed by a presentation of Serveto's services to its workers and our work methodology based on innovation and the well-being of our workers. Afterwards, the visitors were given a voice that, with a very active participation, asked for details about our method of work and organization in the plant.

"It has been a very rewarding day of mutual growth in which the new models of organization and innovation and entrepreneurial entrepreneurship have been the link between AP! Lleida and Serveto". Anna Serentill, Director of Human Resources.

At the end of the presentation and the round of questions, a route was made through the offices to show the open spaces that we have, and initiatives such as "El Racó de les Idees". The visit ended with a lunch in the dining room of our facilities.
