Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantees of digital rights.

TRANSERVETO, SL recognizes the personal rights of the affected party on their personal data, for those treatments, responsibility of, in which they are used. 

TRANSERVETO, SL has implemented in its organization what is required by Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantees of digital rights . And for what is established in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of these data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC , establishing the following:

• Implementation of the necessary technical and organizational measures to prevent its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access to the data .

• Training and information to all its employees and collaborators on the security policies adopted by the entity.

 

Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE).

In compliance with the requirements of the LSSICE:

• The presence of a commercial web site on the Internet, even if it is only informative, turns the owner company into a provider of information society services, being obliged to have the means that allow both the recipients of the service, as to the competent means to access by electronic means, in a permanent, easy, direct and free way, the data that allow their identification:
